Returns & refunds (UK)
If you need help with an order, email support@noxela.co.uk with your order number.

A) Changed your mind (online orders)

UK customers have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery, and then have another 14 days to return the items after telling us they want to cancel.

• To cancel, email us within 14 days of delivery.

• Return the item(s) within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Return conditions
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect (or unless we agree otherwise).

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

B) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Printful requires claims within this time window.

We will offer a replacement or refund for confirmed issues.

C) Faulty goods (your legal rights)

If goods are faulty or not as described, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law, including a short-term right to reject in certain cases.
